Come join us at one of the MANY events happening this month!

Rooted in the belief that nature flourishes through complexity and difference, this walk invites us to see the chaparral not just as a backdrop, but as a living web of relationships — resilient, expressive, and full of story. We'll look to the ecosystems of the Ojai Valley for inspiration around belonging, resiliency, connection, and support. ABOUT LAUREN: Lauren is a third generation Ojai local, queer herbalist, Yoga teacher, avid meandering style hiker, and plant lover. Inspired by the connections they found in a local Queer Yoga class several years ago and their current volunteer work with Queers in the Valley; Lauren built Ecology of Us to be a space in which queer community could come together in these beautiful outdoor spaces and find a little room to breath, move together, and learn a little about Queer Ecology and plant wisdom. This walk is intended to be a gentle meandering walk with plenty of stops and lots of time to soak in the beauty around us. Accessible for most all levels of physical ability; but, please email me at lauren@thimbleandseed.com if you have any questions or concerns about participating. The exact event location will be emailed to registered participants 24 hours prior to the event. However, it will be located within the greater Ojai Valley.

Please part next door at LIV Sotheby's (a Disabled parking space is available at the Inn if needed)

QITV friends!! Join us on Sept. 27 for Queers in the Valley Night at DRACULA: A Comedy of Terrors at Ojai ACT.

Dracula is a fast-paced, gender-bending theatrical farce that reimagines Bram Stoker's classic horror novel as a 90-minute comedy. Written by Gordon Greenberg and Steve Rosen, the play incorporates elements of Monty Python and Mel Brooks for a laugh-out-loud parody.

Advance only tickets are $15 for QITV friends, $25 at the door. Patio reception under the waxing moon with the cast after the show.
